Saturday Workshops, Developing Your Practice
Join us for Saturday afternoon workshops designed to help students develop a deeper understanding of familiar yoga postures.These workshops will be taught by experienced teachers from the Knutsford Centre.
There are two scheduled sessions coming up:
Saturday 19th Oct, 12:00 – 14:30, with Cath Elton, £25
Saturday 16th Nov, 12:00 – 14:30, with Richard Nockles, £25

Workshops with Uday – Thursday, 23rd to Sunday, 26th January 2020.
This is a wonderful opportunity to practise with a teacher who has worked directly under the supervision of BKS Iyengar.
Uday is currently based in the UK, having spent more than 15 years working closely with the Iyengar family at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in India.
He has taught many different groups including children, sports people, and students of all abilities and levels, as well as helping in the medical classes.
There will be four separate workshops:
Thursday, 23rd January 2020, 10:00 to 16:00 (Course Fee £60)
Friday, 24th January 2020, 10:00 to 16:00 (Course Fee £60)
Saturday, 25th January 2020, 11:00 to 16:00 (Course Fee £50)
Sunday, 26th January 2019, 11:00 to 16:00 (Course Fee £50)
Weekend Workshop – Saturday and Sunday, 6thand 7thJune 2020.
We are delighted that Julie has agreed to teach another workshop at the Knutsford Centre.
The workshop will run 11:00 to 16:30 each day.
Refreshments will be provided as part of the course fee of £120.
Julie is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher from Portland, Oregon, who has been a licensed physical therapist for over 30 years.
She has integrated western medical knowledge with her yoga training, to create a unique teaching style. Julie is the former writer of the USA Yoga Journal column ‘Anatomy of a Yogi’.
This workshop is for students who have been practising yoga for at least 6 months.
