Uday is a highly experienced teacher who spent many years working closely with BKS Iyengar and the Iyengar family at their Institute in India. His classes are extremely popular.
The workshop will be suitable for students of all levels. In his classes, Uday always manages to include all students as he shares his love, knowledge and understanding of Iyengar Yoga.
